Mr. Ritzel has worked in the discipline of surveying and mapping since 1996. He has an extensive geomatics resume headlined by his proficiency with LiDAR and Sub-Surface Utility Engineering (SUE). He is Licensed in Florida and has obtained his Engineering Intern (EI) certification and an FAA UAV107 pilots license

Mr. De La Torre heads up our Survey Field Team. He has a strong background in construction surveying, working on many large scale projects in South Florida, and has since spread his wings to many FDOT projects and SUE work.
